Medecins Sans Frontieres Emergency Response

Médecins Sans Frontières is urgently responding to the outbreak of Cholera in Haiti. We currently have 315 international staff members and 4000 Haitian staff members working on cholera treatment in the country. Since an epidemic was first confirmed in October in Haiti’s Artibonite region, Médecins Sans Frontières teams have treated more than 62,000 suspected cases nationwide.

Your donation will go into our Overseas Aid Fund, which allows Médecins Sans Frontières to allocate the funds to the most needed projects around the world.

To ensure we are able to adequately plan and resource all of our medical humanitarian projects, we kindly ask that you give us the discretion to direct your donation based on our assessments of the medical needs of the populations we assist.
