Independent Medical Humanitarian Action
Responding to emergencies
In the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan, Médecins Sans Frontières has 159 staff on the ground with numbers expected to increase. Our teams of medical personnel, logisticians and psychologists are working to deliver urgent medical and mental health care to those in the hardest hit areas of the Philippines.

Your donation today will greatly help us deliver emergency medical assistance.
We have sent hundreds of tons of medical and relief items, and have set up mobile clinics, a tent hospital in Guiuan and an inflatable hospital in Tacloban.
Thanks to generous donations, Médecins Sans Frontières is able to provide emergency medical aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, exclusion from healthcare and natural disasters in over 60 countries.
Please note: we kindly ask that you give us the discretion to direct your donation based on our assessments of the medical needs of the populations we assist.
